In 2003 Nelson Benavides Architect was created to completely design, furnish and manage the renovation of a Historic Townhouse in Jersey City New Jersey which exemplifies his design esthetic of modern interiors in an urban historic context.

Past projects include various one and two family townhouses in Jersey City and Hoboken NJ that continue to express modern interiors. More recent projects include a Modernization of an 1800 square foot 2 bedroom apartment in a 1960 Greenwich Village Coop building, Interior Design for two condominium developments in Asbury Park, New Jersey and Interior Office space for a Media Company in New York City. Nelson Benavides Architect's work includes specialized urban residences, interiors and new buildings for individual clients and developers.
